The Create Fiona Contest is Coming Back for its 2nd Year!
Fiona is the official Arizona Fiber Arts Retreat mascot and logo. Kimberly, AFAR’s founder, based Fiona on a little Shetland sheep living on her farm in Maine named Amy. Every evening after dinner, Amy would joyfully run through the pasture kicking up her front and back heels! We had four delightful entries in 2019, and everyone loved looking at the Fionas in their field during the retreat. We’re hoping for more Fionas to fill our little pasture in 2020. Crochet, Knit, Felt, Weave, Tat, Macrame, Dye, Quilt, Embroider, Spin This is a chance to showcase your fiber art skills and compete for prizes! |
